Originally from France and so grateful that New Zealand has been my home since 2018. I come from a dance background and this took me to join a dance company for almost 5 years when an injury took away my dreams to pursue my career on stage.
I got into massage because I find observing a body in movement and working with the human body fascinating. I enjoy facilitating my clients’ recovery and witnessing them regain full function and quality of life. Also, I want to enhance athletes’ performance as well as educate them about taking better care of themselves so they can have long lasting sustainable careers.
I studied at the Southern Institute of Technology in Invercargill and I obtained the bachelors’ degree of therapeutic and sports massage (BTSM) in 2020 awarded with top research and top student. I gained a certificate as Pilates mat instructor in 2022 with a focus in rehabilitation.
The last few years I have also worked with elite athletes and during events:
-
The Southland Stags
-
The Southern Steels
-
The Tour of Southland
-
The Pioneer MTB stage race
-
Relay for Life

Being also a trained medic, I bring you a holistic approach with a strong knowledge base.
I love what I do, I love the people I get to work with, and I am all about doing my part in helping people in any way I can.
I am a registered massage therapist (RMT) with Massage Aotearoa New Zealand (MANZ)
